A little bit about me and what’s in it for you.

Hey there.  I’m Erin, and I’m glad you’re here, as this could be the first step towards rewriting your story. 

I’m wondering if you’re feeling stuck in life? Overwhelmed? Fearful of making any changes? Not sure what’s happening in the world and where you fit in? Experiencing job or relationship stress? As a result, anxiety and depression might be creeping into your experience and exacerbating all the feelings of stuck-ness, hopelessness, and overwhelm. I know what you’re talking about, as I have experienced the same.  Which is where I come in.

I offer telehealth therapy sessions for individuals and couples in California. I work with clients from all walks in life:  Individuals in recovery, people that travel with depression and anxiety, relational distress and break ups, folks that experience job stress and unhappiness, Complex PTSD, grief, chronic illness, and couples that experience a hefty communication mismatch and mistrust. I am LGBTQ+ and non-binary affirming; it is important to me to see every client right where they’re at and without judgement - particularly those from marginalized communities and the global majority.
